Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or services. By accessing our platform or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Sheffield is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy operating within the United Kingdom. We provide weight management consultations and, where clinically appropriate, prescription and over-the-counter weight loss treatments to patients in Sheffield and across England.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we determine that a product or service is not clinically appropriate for you. Our pharmacist's decision is final on all clinical matters.
All prescription weight loss treatments are subject to clinical review by one of our qualified pharmacist prescribers. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Prescriptions are issued only when our pharmacist is satisfied it is safe and appropriate to do so. We may request additional information, decline your request, or refer you to your GP where necessary.
You must inform us immediately of any changes to your health, medications, or medical history that may affect the suitability of your treatment.
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely.
Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, you will receive a full refund for any prescription medication cost. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Once your order has been clinically approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is subject to the availability of stock and courier capacity.
We use tracked, discreet packaging. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive your order or that a safe delivery location is provided. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect address details.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically approved for a full refund. Once a prescription has been issued and dispensed, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines for legal and safety reasons.
If your order has not yet been approved and you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at the email address provided on our website. Non-prescription products may be returned within 14 days, unopened and in original packaging, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You agree to use all medications strictly in accordance with the directions provided. You must not share prescription medicines with any other person. If you experience adverse effects, you should stop use and seek medical advice immediately.
The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Our services are not a substitute for a full face-to-face medical consultation with your GP or specialist.
We do not accept liability for any harm arising from the use of our services where you have provided false or incomplete information during your consultation.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
